Fixing a hole

Happy Tuesday!

Last week, I had a floor repair done.  The fridge had over-frozen, the water line had burst, and the water (invisible to the eye because the fridge lives in a cabinet frame) sat and made the boards twist up.  Sigh.  We are all part of layered frameworks - they need watching after, tending to, and sometimes outright repairs.  Those repairs are–when they become necessary–overly complicated, not inexpensive, and a general PITA.

Better to keep a sharp eye on the world and try to keep it in working order, is my thinking.
